Welcome to Have It Sweet where confections are our passion. We make everyday sweeter with our artisan caramels, nougats, and marshmallows. At Have It Sweet we believe strongly that sweets should be all natural, mostly organic and always preservative free. We are a small, family run business that prepares your confections lovingly in small batches. They are prepared to order, hand poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped. Our Story
Have It Confections is owned and operated by Vincent and Bethany, a husband and wife team.In my life I have developed many passions but none so strong as my passion for amazing gourmet food. It is not only a pleasure to create our confections it is a calling that both my husband and I feel we must heed.

Vincent, my husband, is a thirty-five-year-old father and Le-Cordon-Bleu-trained pastry chef. After he graduated in 2004, from the California School of Culinary Arts, we started Have It Confections. While we were starting up he was a cake decorator at Whole Foods Market. He gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and we have used that knowledge to build a successful business.
I'm Bethany and I handle everything else, marketing, promos, advertising, shipping, packaging, the bags, the gift cards. When I'm not working or caring for our daughter, I am getting my degree in Art History and Philosophy.
We are up-to-date on all modern health and safety standards. Vincent and Bethany are both Serv-Safe Certified in the State of California and Oregon. We prepare all of our products in a licensed and commercial kitchen.
We work tirelessly to create new and unique flavors that all will enjoy. We've sold our caramels in California and Oregon and have built up quite a following. We have been strictly an off-line company until September 2008.
We hope you enjoy our sumptuous treats. We'll be updating our flavors weekly and adding different items so check back often and please add Have It Confections to your favorites.
We are solely an eco-friendly company. We offset all of our electrical use with wind power credits. We use only recyclable, biodegradable packaging and our ingredients come from health food and natural markets. We also donate money to various Eco causes (none of them militant, I can assure you). We have built our lives and business around being friends to the environment.
In our personal life, we are vegetarian. We almost never use our car. We walk and bike everywhere. We are ardent recyclers and even though Glendale doesn't have a recycling program we bring our recyclables to a facility that handles them. We live an completely earth friendly life. Our personal life can't help but carry over into our business. We want to ensure a beautiful and habitable planet for not only our child but other children as well.
